301.01 Design and Planning Review Fees
An applicant fee and a review fee shall be paid, when applicable, in accordance with a fee schedule to be established and to be amended periodically by the Board of Control, to cover the cost of review by the City Planning Commission of projects requiring City Planning Commission approval under the Codified Ordinances of the City prior to issuance of a building permit.
