                                AMENDMENTS                            
      2002 - Subsec. (c). Pub. L. 107-306 substituted "either
    congressional intelligence committee" for "the Select Committee on
    Intelligence of the Senate or to the Permanent Select Committee on
    Intelligence of the House of Representatives".
