                       SHORT TITLE OF 2000 AMENDMENT                   
      Pub. L. 106-202, Sec. 1, May 18, 2000, 114 Stat. 308, provided
    that: "This Act [amending section 207 of this title and enacting
    provisions set out as notes under section 207 of this title] may be
    cited as the 'Worker Economic Opportunity Act'."
