Act of August 15, 1953 (67 Stat. 588), as amended by the Act of
April 11, 1968 (82 Stat. 79), referred to in subsecs. (b) and
(e)(4), probably means section 7 of act Aug. 15, 1953, ch. 505, 67
Stat. 590, which was set out as a note under section 1360 of Title
28, Judiciary and Judicial Procedure, and was repealed by Pub. L.
90-284, title IV, Sec. 403(b), Apr. 11, 1968, 82 Stat. 79. For
complete classification of this Act to the Code, see Tables.
AMENDMENTS
2005 - Subsec. (c). Pub. L. 109-126 substituted "Cedar" for
"Cedar City".
