Section 677aa. Procedure by Secretary upon non-agreement between mixed-blood and full-blood groups
Whenever any action pursuant to the provisions of this subchapter
requires the agreement of the mixed-blood and full-blood groups and
such agreement cannot be reached, the Secretary is authorized to
proceed in any manner deemed by him to be in the best interests of
both groups.
