AMENDMENTS
1990 - Subsec. (c). Pub. L. 101-477 added subsec. (c).
1978 - Pub. L. 95-471 substituted provisions relating to a
detailed survey, study, and report and funding for this section for
provisions authorizing appropriations for grants under sections
640a to 640c of this title.
