Section 610b. Title to lands; tax exemption; prohibition of restrictions
Title to any land acquired pursuant to this subchapter shall be
taken in the name of the United States in trust for the Swinomish
Indian Tribal Community and shall be nontaxable if the land is
within the boundaries of the Swinomish Indian Reservation, and
title shall be taken in the name of the Community subject to no
restrictions on alienation, taxation, management, or use if the
land is outside such boundaries.
