Section 584. Apportionment of remaining funds; Shoshone-Bannock Tribes of the Fort Hall Reservation and the Shoshone Tribe of the Wind River Reservation
The remainder of the award shall be apportioned between the
Shoshone-Bannock Tribes of the Fort Hall Reservation and the
Shoshone Tribe of the Wind River Reservation in accordance with an
agreement entered into between the Shoshone-Bannock Tribes and the
Shoshone Tribe of the Wind River Reservation in May 1965, approved
by the Associate Commissioner of Indian Affairs in December 1965.
