Section 577. Liability of judgment funds for debts
In no event shall any portion of the Shoshone judgment fund
become liable, payable, or subject to any debt or debts contracted
prior to July 27, 1939, by any Indian of the Shoshone Tribe except
debts to the United States or to the tribe.
