AMENDMENTS
2005 - Subsec. (a). Pub. L. 109-59 struck out "(1) In general"
before "The Tribe" and heading and text of par. (2). Text read as
follows: "Notwithstanding any other provision of law but subject to
subsection (b) of this section, if the Tribe transfers any land
within the boundaries of the State of Oklahoma to the Secretary,
the Secretary shall take such land into trust for the benefit of
the Tribe."
