Section 167. Buildings and grounds; designation of employees as police
The Librarian of Congress may designate employees of the Library
of Congress as police for duty with respect to the Library of
Congress buildings and adjacent streets. The rank structure and pay
for employees so designated shall be the same as the rank structure
and pay for the Capitol Police.
