                       HISTORICAL AND REVISION NOTES                   
      Based on title 18, U.S.C., 1940 ed., Sec. 269 (Mar. 4, 1909, ch.
    321, Sec. 155, 35 Stat. 1117).
      Words "bed piece, bed-plate, roll, plate, die, seal, type, or
    other" were omitted as covered by "tool, implement, or thing."
      Minor changes in phraseology were made.
