                                AMENDMENTS                            
      1994 - Pub. L. 103-322, Sec. 330023(a)(2), amended section
    catchline generally. Prior to amendment, catchline read as follows:
    "Sec. 248 Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances."
      Subsec. (b). Pub. L. 103-322, Sec. 330023(a)(3), in concluding
    provisions, inserted ", notwithstanding section 3571," before "be
    not more than $25,000".
