Section 715n. "Take" defined 

      For the purposes of this subchapter the word "take" shall be
    construed to mean pursue, hunt, shoot, capture, collect, kill, or
    attempt to pursue, hunt, shoot, capture, collect, or kill, unless
    the context otherwise requires.
