Section 6032. Indebtedness to Marine Corps Exchanges: payment from appropriated funds in certain cases 

      Under regulations prescribed by the Secretary of the Navy,
    appropriations for the pay of the Marine Corps are available to pay
    any indebtedness to Marine Corps Exchanges of members of the Marine
    Corps who are discharged, who desert, or who are sentenced to
    prison.
