Section 6027. Medical Department: composition 

      The Medical Corps and Dental Corps, and such other staff corps as
    the Secretary of the Navy may establish under section 5150(b) of
    this title and designate to be in the Medical Department of the
    Navy, are in the Medical Department of the Navy.
